Planning consent has been granted for a dwelling to replace a caravan in Yorkshire.  Our client is most pleased with the outcome having lived on site in a caravan for over 18 years.  Initially the caravan was secured with a Certificate of Lawfulness, having been on site and occupied continuously for over 10 years (following an initial period of 3 years as an approved temporary dwelling).  Our client has written saying:-

‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work, help and support during the process to get us to this position, it has been much appreciated and in all honesty think we would have given up without your guidance and dedication’.
