Occupancy Condition Removed in Shropshire

rural property surrounded by farmland

The Midlands office is pleased to have removed an agricultural occupancy condition for a client in rural Shropshire.  The local plan refers to a financial contribution being paid to the Local Authority (based on size and value of the property) when occupancy conditions are removed but this was not required on this occasion.

The client is extremely happy with the outcome, stating ‘That is brilliant news, we finally have the result we wanted thanks to you and the Acorus team!  We were right to have put our trust in you and can now breathe a sigh of relief.  I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family’.

More information on occupancy conditions is available here.  If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us.
