Highly professional organisation that delivers results and is a pleasure to work with Having first approached Acorus back in January 2018, I have worked with them to secure planning for a project within a golf course requiring significant changes to the topographical elements of the site.
Given the site itself sits within one of the UK’s areas of outstanding natural beauty and also has the constraints of grade 2 listed aspects, this was very much a challenging prospect.
Through each element from initial engagement through to pre app, full planning submission, clarifications and conditions, Acorus have been on point with the requirements and demonstrated key experience (particularly in land and country planning elements) to navigate the process to achieve the optimum outcome.
Another significant aspect about Acorus compared to other organisations I have experienced in the past is their ability/willingness to work collaboratively with the customer, working jointly to provide the technical rationale to build the information base for the approval which I consider has been instramental in achieving this current planning approval.
