Lawful Use for Stable Yard

Horse riding arena by field

The northern office is pleased to have obtained planning consent and a certificate of lawfulness for equestrian proposals at a stable yard in West Lancashire.  The consents have regularised existing works and provided for an extension to an arena and a horse walker.  The facilities will enable the stables to provide improved services for their clients.

More information on equine planning is available here. If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us here.
