Acorus Successfully Secure A Certificate Of Lawfulness (CLEUD) For Breach Of An Agricultural Occupancy Condition

Acorus Successfully Secure a Certificate of Lawfulness

Acorus has secured a Certificate of Lawfulness (CLEUD) for a client in Lancashire for the use of a dwellinghouse in breach of an Agricultural Occupancy Condition. The property had been occupied continuously for over 10 years by individuals with no association with agriculture.  The evidence was unambiguous and hence the Certificate was granted without any issue.  The proposal is now to apply to remove the Agricultural Occupancy Condition.

Update:

An application to remove the agricultural occupancy condition was submitted and has recently been successful.  The property is no unencumbered and the clients are delighted with the outcome, commenting to Director Anthony Atkinson ‘That’s great news. Thank you for all the work you have done on this, we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. When we have any more projects in the future which involve development and planning we will certainly be in touch with you. Thanks again for all your help’.
