Planning Consent Secured for Stable Building & Manege

horse in field

The Midlands team is pleased to have secured planning consent for an ongoing client for a stable building and manege at their home (for private use).  There are footpaths close to the property and careful consideration was needed regarding the siting of the proposals in order not to trigger any issues by interested parties, i.e. local Ramblers and the Council’s Public Rights of Way department.

The client is delighted with the outcome, as it will provide a valuable facility for the family’s equestrian hobby.

More information on equine planning is available here. If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us here.
