Another Successful Appeal for Acorus

wooden bungallow

The Acorus East/South East office is pleased to confirm a successful Appeal in the London Borough of Bromley for a Log Cabin to be used as essential accommodation for an equestrian business.

The site, which has been subject to several applications and Appeals, has now secured planning permission for both its operation (stabling and manège) and personal accommodation allowing it to carry on operating providing dressage lessons as well as employment for specialist workers.

Unfortunately, all the applications submitted were refused by the Local Planning Authority but across two appeals handled by Acorus (one at Public Inquiry and one at a Hearing); the successful outcome came as a great relief to the client.
