Uplift Clause The property will be sold subject to an uplift clause entitling the vendors to a share of any increase in value following any future removal of the agricultural occupancy condition.

Directions From the library and village green in the centre of Willingham head along Rockmill End in a northerly direction. On the edge of the village turn right to Meadow Road and proceed for some two miles past fields and lawns. Hempsals Farm is then found on the right hand side.
