Unique Dwelling Approval

The Eastern office has received approval to convert a free range poultry shed into a dwelling under Class Q. The shed which is of timber frame construction and also clad in timber formerly housed 3000 laying hens but the enterprise was closed down approx. 5 years ago.

A design was submitted and approved which should provide a unique home.

Acorus also gained permission for the same client to remove the agricultural tie off their bungalow soon after the poultry unit closed down. They are now looking to sell the whole and downsize following retirement.
